1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website vorxenorphim.world (the "Website") and the purchase of products and services offered through the Website, including CardioBalance Natur (the "Product"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, including the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978) and the Finnish Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Asetus kuluttajansuojasta sähköisessä kaupassa 561/2005). Where you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and to purchase products. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete.

4. Products and Pricing

All products displayed on the Website, including CardioBalance Natur, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or amend product descriptions without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT) where required. Prices exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are communicated during the checkout process. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order fulfilment.

For orders placed from Finland and within the European Union, prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT where applicable. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

By submitting an order through the Website, you make an offer to purchase the products specified in your order. A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by email or otherwise confirming acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to orders that appear to be fraudulent, orders placed in error, or orders where the product is unavailable. If we cancel your order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid in full.

6. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered on the Website. Payment is due at the time of order. We use secure, third-party payment processors to process payments. Your payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the payment processor's terms and privacy policy.

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times and costs are communicated during checkout. Typical delivery times within Finland and the European Union are 2–5 business days after shipment. Shipment typically occurs within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or your unavailability, you may be responsible for additional delivery costs.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form provided on our Website or in our Return Policy.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

CardioBalance Natur is a food supplement. Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided on the Website about the Product is for general information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult your doctor or healthcare professional before using any food supplement.

The Product should be used as a dietary supplement and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
