Return Policy

1. Introduction

This Return Policy explains your rights and obligations when returning products ordered from the website vorxenorphim.world (the "Website"), including CardioBalance Natur. This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and related EU consumer rights legislation.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us or to a person authorised by us to receive them without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This means you are responsible for the cost of posting or otherwise returning the products to us. We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, the goods must be returned in their original packaging (if reasonably possible) and in the same condition as received. Products should be unopened and unused where possible. We may deduct from the reimbursement an amount reflecting diminished value where the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

Please include your name, order reference or email address used when ordering, and a brief note indicating that you wish to withdraw from the contract. This will help us process your return promptly.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under EU and Finnish consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including:

• Goods that are sealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed supplements that have been opened).
• Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

For food supplements such as CardioBalance Natur, if the product packaging has been opened and the product has been used, the right of withdrawal may be limited to the extent that the product can no longer be resold as new for reasons of health protection or hygiene. In such cases, we may deduct from the reimbursement an amount reflecting the diminished value. Where you have used the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning (e.g. opened and consumed capsules), we may not be obliged to provide a full refund.

7. Faulty or Defective Goods

If the goods you receive are faulty, defective, or do not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, damaged, or not as described), you have rights under consumer law regardless of the 14-day withdrawal period. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, a reduction in price, or termination of the contract and a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide photos or a description of the fault. Where the goods are faulty, we will bear the cost of return delivery. Please do not dispose of faulty goods until we have confirmed how to proceed.

8. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned goods and confirm that they meet the conditions for return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
